WANDA Perception Study Part 3 of 3
It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for! Here are our results for the WANDA Perception study. If you're currently wondering what all this fuss is about, you probably missed the first two parts, but not to worry, you can still read about them here, and here to catch up. *Now... *drumroll* (please click on the following slideshow to view the next slide):
To be honest, several things surprised me about the results. First, I thought it was interesting that more men were willing to participate in the survey than women; second, that females gave higher cleanliness ratings. Personally, I believe that I am much more picky about these kinds of things compared to my fiance but perhaps the female restroom was simply cleaner.
Next, we LOVED that that people preferred to use a touchscreen over any other method if they wanted to request for service. I know for me a large part of it has to do with anonymity because let's face it, I wouldn’t want other people to know I was the one who used up the last sheet of toilet paper!
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this three part series. If you have any questions about the study or in general, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave your comments below.
