Day 12 of the 12 days of WANDA!
We're sad to say we've finally reached day 12 of our 12 days of WANDA! For today's tip, I'd like to talk about my absolute favourite part of our analytics dashboard, our Alerts Vs. Cleanings Heatmap!
As you can see below, the heatmap is separated into two different sections, an 'Alerts' section, and a 'Cleanings' section. On the vertical column to the left hand side, are days of the week from Sunday to Saturday, and on the horizontal row at the top is the time of day in 24 hour format (zero = midnight, 23 = 11:00 pm). The darker the area, the higher the frequency of 'Alerts' or 'Cleanings'. So in the example below under 'Alerts', you can see that Wednesdays at 11 am there is a higher frequency of alerts.
Subsequently, you can visually see how your 'Cleanings' compare to your 'Alerts'. In the example above, you can see that 'Cleanings' are usually occurring Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 8 am. When you compare this to where your alerts are however, it would make sense to shift your cleaning schedule over. I've outlined the sections below.
But wait there's more, since it's our last day, we've decided to include another tip! Did you know that the dashboard automatically saves monthly summaries into PDFs that you can download and print? If your boss or client want to see the progress your staff are making with the WANDA units, you can access these PDFs in the 'Analytics' menu under 'Printable Archive'. From there, simply select a month you wish to view and print or download to your files.
I hope you enjoyed our tips and tomorrow I'll be recapping everything we learned during the 12 days of WANDA. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org.
